Shift W how des it works?

Long time I haven’t used it and now I just can’t get a plane warping? Can somebody help me with how is it working now I am on 2.69 from buildbot so it should work…

If you are on the development build you are using the new redesigned and enhanced (courtesy of ideasman) warp tool. However the shift W shortcut now calls up the enhanced part of the tool. If you just want the old version as shown in the wiki you have to menu choose Transform>Warp.
