Shifting (reorder) shape keys around

Hi I am wondering if it is possible to swap the positions of the shapes of a mesh.

NOTE: I only want to swap the shapes around but not the action (little 45 degrees inclined square things)

Sorry for my vague description to the problem and incorrect uses of terms :stuck_out_tongue:

The reason why I want to do this because I want to let two meshes share a set of shape action.

In 2.53 just use the arrow buttons in the Shape Keys group in the Object Data of the Properties Window.
