I was almost done with my school project when i notice the ships I have been editing the animation for 4 hours are not visible in the render. I look around and I’m just stumped please help.

I am not sure I want to use that down load site. It wants me to run their program first. Not cool. I don’t know what kind of bug it may contain.
Just use http://www.pasteall.org/blend/ to distribute the file.
Check your outliner and make sure they are set to render.
Also, check the VSE for any video clips as it will show them instead of your new render.
