Hey hey, I dunno many shoes I’ve seen people make! All-in-all, it’s looking pretty good so far, just a couple adjustments, though. The toe, for example, looks too pointy, not in the fact that it’s narrow, but in the fact that it’s too short a space. The space of the shoe starts at the nike logo, and in your case it starts just after the red strip, which means there’s not a whole lot of room for the toes. 
Anyway, it’s looking good, and your English isn’t bad; in fact, you can speak it better than some English speakers I’ve met. 
Only one thing would be saying ‘completed’ instead of ‘complete’ because ‘completed’ is the past tense. Anyway though, that doesn’t really matter. Keep going with the modeling.
