I’ve been working on Shoot a Foe for a while, and I feel it’s time to show some more screenshots.

ALL textures and models are homemade. Some captured using a camera…

very nice graphics and textures :smiley:

the buildings are still looking perfect, i especially like the knife weapon and the mist adds a downtown finish to the area, it’s looking better and better! :smiley:

Nice going monkeyboi, keep up the good work. Put some enemies in so we can shoot them! The fog works very well, and the building textures are great.

I dont know if its just me but are you using realtime lighting on your weapons? Other than that it looks good that knife weapon is done particularly well. I suppose enemies would be the next step, if your anything lik me you’ll leave them till last because they’re the hardest bit. :slight_smile:

try useing some vertex paints on the sides of the assault rifle or something… all the other weapons look fine, but this one looks a little “flat”

That is increadibly realistic!! :o I love the building textures and the underwater scenes!! the only bit i think needs inproving is the characters hands, they’re a bit…well…plain compared to the rest. Try importing character hands from a program like Poser. :slight_smile:

Well, I agree with the rest of them, you have a good looking game there. The title reminds me of a game online that I never got the chance to play called “Kill A Guy.” If I have a complaint, it’s that your weapon indicator is too close to the center of the screen and it looks like you haven’t made much out of enemies.

Great modeling, texturing, and good idea to use photos as textures. The first max payne game is also textured with photo’s. And how did you make the sky, use a plane with some textures?

Looks pretty good, especially the buildings! :stuck_out_tongue:
The only thing I would suggest to improve is the lighting.
