thank you That sound was an accident when i was playing with the audio/music levels to mkae us more audible above the wind. are there any ideas for how the film making could be improved for our next one?
I’ve uploaded another film - this one, despite its title, is more serious and I;d REALLY like some feedback on it as its one of our first attempts in a lnog time to do something serious. Any comments would be gratefully recieved.
wow, i actually really enjoyed the bathroom of doom. sound could definatley be improved, and the camera angles were really cool. great work on the low budget effects, they looked really great!!
you sound surprised that yuo enjoyed it We put the most amount of effort into that one - we speant 3 hours getting 8 minutes of footage for a 2 minute final film. I;m saving up for some sound recording equipment for the summer - sound is our biggest problem on the whole.
you have a good point there Its difficult to think of titles for something which has a very basic storyline! and it was getting late when i uploaded it

i rather enjoyed bathroom of doom, although i didn’t get to see the end of it since winblows media player crapped out on me.
in the future, please don’t encode in .wmv if you can avoid it. it’s the worst video format. (can’t scrub the playhead, doesn’t buffer properly, stalls, choppy sound, compression artifacts).
also, windows media player was recently discontinued for the mac.
if you want to show your work in the best light, ditch WMP. ever wonder why those CGTalk guys all post their demo reels in .mov?
Another film uploaded. I tried toa ct on all the comments - particularly the sound. I also tried a quicktime render but was unable to get a good balance between filesize and audio. If anyone can give me help oh what are the best compression codecs are then i would appreciate it a lot. I know wmv is the worst format but so far i haven’t found a codec with a good enough balance.

Hello, I was just curious about the low rating i got for Stalker. IF anyone from here rated it could you comment? If it’s really as bad as that i;d like to know what needs to be improved.
