Short question and possible assistance required. (Modeling a face on mesh male)

First of all, this is my FIRST post and thread on this place, and the account was made like 2 minutes ago.

I would like to know, is it possible to make a face out of a blank face mesh that’s connected to a body, that has already been rigged.

I NEED TO KNOW, I need this done for someone who has already asked me to do it for them, I said “yes” but now I’ve frozen with “I’m not sure.”

I don’t know alot, BUT I do know a fair amount, I’ve restarted doing blender as of last, or last last (2) months ago. Please help.

The question is vague but I don’t see why not

You can, but you’ll encounter some problems with weights if you create new vertices with dyntopo sculpt or if you for example connect a human face created from scratch to the already rigged mesh you have.
In those cases you’ll have to redefine weights for the new geometry.
