Shoulder topology advice

Hello im making a character and i need an advice, is it fine to meke shoulder like that for potetential future in rigging and usage in games?
If not perhaps you could show me a better option on hendeling arm topology?

I suggest just a little simpler like this:
shoulder

And for topology for rigging in games there is always the triangular trick. see on polycount Wiki, Limb Topology: http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/Limb_Topology
