i concocted this idea after playing badminton for quite sometime. let’s smash to the max:D
I play badminton, and I know that the feathers are white, and there are more of those “poles” that are in front of the feathers.
Also, you could make one with the other kind of cock in the head. xD

the feathers are all the same, maybe you should try mixing them up a bit. also, you should add a more “plastic-y” material to the part connecting the feathers to the head, otherwise, Great idea!
