this was just a quick project i did to play around with indigo. this however is a yafray render ill update the indigo one soon
c&c welcome
thanks for viewing
Looks nice to me…except for small crit…I think the face towel is too stiff…
I want to make love to that shower curtain
Nice stuff, but some of the shadows are really strange.
How long did it take to render?
Did you use OSA? Some of the edges are pixel-y
That’s just yafrays photon maps, those shadow problems. Anything below massively high photon maps+close together objects = yafray throwing a wobbler. Anyway, I’m looking forward to the indigo render. :] Looks good.
@ecgilboy thanks and yeah that face towel is too stiff
@jackblack thanks im glad u like the shower curtain its my first, it took about two hours
@fadiez yes i used OSA , but i sharpened it in photoshop
@blackboe thanks for explaining that i wanted to know as well. its rendering u will se it soon
Looks good. It’s rather blue though. I find that the left half of the render looks really great and realistic, but the right half just doesn’t do it for me. I think it’s got something to do with the sink and the curtain (materials wise).
Cuby
well after 13h here is the indigo render, a bit grainy in darker areas. i think the face towel material looks a bit off but its going to have to stay, i think i should have modeled the strands on the tooth brush, i used particles and now there gone, i should have looked up that or test it first anyway C&C welcome

thanks cuby hopefully the new render looks better
Solartic, looks a lot better now…yeah and the one that looks spray painting on the wall (sink)…artifacts???
thanks ecgilboy
How envious. =( I’ve really wanted to make one myself, especially during times when I just sit and think inside the bathroom, on how could I probably make one which I see and do it in Blender. I’ll work hard though. Nice stuff. Really love the lighting and the shower curtain. =D
thanks reynante I’m glad u like it, I’m sure is u work hard as you say you will have a nice bathroom.
Use Shadows refinement to solve that.
