I think the stem looks great.
The shape of the Pumpkin feels a bit too spherical to me. Perhaps flatten out the top and bottom a bit.
Looks great to start with but I have some small crits, the creases are a little too small and it has a kind-of basketball feel to it. (where the light is). But over-all I think its excellent

A thing a found helped with making pumpkins bump detail is to decrease the size of the bump texture in the z axis so you would stretch it vertically giving it a little more organic look.
