Simulating a sprayer inside a water tank

I am trying to figure out the best way to simulate a sprayer inside a water tank inside Blender. Is it possible to make water shoot out of a nozzle shape at a very high speed in Blender using the Fluid simulator? I’m actually primarily a C4D user but rely on Blender for fluid simulations. I need it the water stream to behave almost like a pressure washer?

You know honestly? I think a fluid sim would be major overkill. If it’s shooting at high speeds, try particles heavily motion-blurred.

yeah I was gonna do that originally. But just wanted to hear some input from others? Thanks Illusionist

Also, 2.5 particle system has a fluid mode. You may want to check that out as well.

You might want to use both. A slowly filling fluid system to fill the tank and the particle system to simulate the spray.
