I have a basic animation with 3 different cameras I want to render. I followed this tutorial on how to render multiple cameras at once, but this is the error that follows (the error happens with every camera, not just this one).
Is this a problem with Blender 3.0 or have I screwed up somewhere in the process?

I also tried something like that some month ago… did a quick test now (2.93.6)… hmmm… and it seems to work … and you did give the cameras different suffixes and deselect./delete left right and added new with the new suffixes…?
No idea, but i think the photographer add-on has a whole thing to do with rendering on multiple cameras. Check out their documentation.
