Single sided wonders.

I allways wondered how come when I convert an object to single sided, it still looks like it’s double sided. Should not part of your object turn invisible depending on the side you are viewing it at when modeling?

I think that single-sided refers only to the material. Normaly an objects material can be seen from whatever side you view it. But with single-side it only projects the material onto one side. I think that’s right.

Turrin

Turin is right, The other side will be displayed black. That will not affect rendering though, as the normals will be flipped to face the camera. To disable that, you have to press the “No V. Normal flip” button in the Edit Buttons, under TextSpace at the left.
