Are there any other LEGAL sites that you can buy movies and songs off for ipod, psp, mp4 player etc apart from itunes?
I buy music singles from Amazon. They are 256kbps MP3 so you can play them on anything (unlike protected AAC from iTunes which only works on ipod)*.
I believe Walmart switched their store to unlocked mp3 as well, but their store requires Internet Explorer, so I won’t shop there.
I don’t buy downloadable videos. Everyone has DRM which makes it far too inconvenient, especially for the cost (typically more expensive than DVD).

I’ve not tried them yet but http://www.7digital.com/ apparently have scooped apple to be allowed to offer music from all the major labels completely DRM free…
