Skin clipping with gloves rig?

Any idea how to fix this?

The skin doesn’t properly follow the glove when posing, leading to not only holes (at the top) but the skin clipping through the gloves (at the bottom). This happens for the wrists and the finger tips (fingertip-less gloves).

I’ve tried merging vertices or combining different vertex groups but I am a noob at this so I couldn’t get it to work properly, assuming that’s even what I am supposed to do.
