Skin, Muscles, Proxy to use for rigging ? Test blend

So I have this

I am making a muscle system, ( albeit not a super correct system, but it works! ). It is basicly to make a mold over the mesh to assit in making simi physical correct models. As example if you need a fat head monster you can adjust the mesh with a falloff size or latice, if you expand the muscle in one area the surrounding muscles should have a basic adjustment to them as well…

Now skinny people that have no contors, STILL have these muscles in thier body, ya just have not worked out enough to see um :P, Drop that poptart now !

Now this is all fine and good untill you have to make a mesh over it … It’s like starting all over.

Sooooo my mission here is twofold.
Could some one make a script to kinda like make a shrink-wrap mesh over the mesh to make a skin…

And it would be major great if something like this in the future could be used to rigg a mesh, it would be a smart way to have it adjust the mesh in various other areas like a real muscle group…

As well to that… I still dont know how to do the fat yet, thinking voxels but we don’t have those and meta is way to funky since that meta stuff that was coming never came …
