Skylight in Blender 4.2?

Hi

How can I create a skylight in Blender 4.2 in EEVEE GI ?

In Blender 4 we had Dynamic Sky, does it still exist?

Thanks

Dynamic sky is an addon, in 4.2 preferences, system - allow internet access then in the “Get extensions” tab - search for “Dynamic Sky” and install it.

You can turn off allow internet access once installed.
Most Addons in 4.2 are now in the online extension platform.

Do you know any way to configure the intensity and color of skylight?
it could be by blender 4.2 features or by addon

Thanks

With the addon? No idea, I do not use it.

With Blenders world settings and sky texture, one way is like this;

sorry this is cycles, in Eevee for the sun you would have to use a sun lamp and line it up with the sky.

I don’t think Eevee support Nishita sky yet. Other modes should work.

Yes my bad, Eevee next does support the sky but not the sun disk or its intensity and size.
I am a cycles fan and often forget.

Oh, I didn’t realize it was in. Even in Cycles (I don’t really use Eevee), I prefer a manual sun lamp - but matched to produce the builtin color temperature for any given elevation - in order to have separate controls in comp using light groups.

But yeah, use Nishita for sky. I can’t imagine a reason for using any of the others if Nishita is available, even without a sun disk.
