Slower sculpt brush in 2.83?

Hello, sorry for the silly pic. I wanted to show what going on with my mouse when i try to naviguate in Sculpt Mode.
My mouse (the target with red line) is faster than sculpt brush (the green one). That seems ridiculous problem.

But it give the feeling that the brush is slow and heavy, did you notice this difference in Blender 2.83 ?
Can we change that ?

Looks like you have Stabilise Stroke enabled

Nope sorry, the only thing I change after installing Blender is to enabled “emulate 3 button” for my tablet.
