Is it possible to slow down only a few certain frames of an animation in blender? I have 100 frames total, but would like frames 50-55 to show in slow motion while viewing the rendered avi file while all other frames are displayed at whatever I set the fps value to be.
or you can do it manually, and animate the slow down yourself, depending on how long you wanted the slow down to take, if you want it to be a second or 2, then slow down that portion so that instead of it taking 5 frames, it takes 30 - 60 frames.
Select Object, Select IPO Curve, Select Time channel and you can create Benzier Curve here to slow down that Object’s animation. I have not used but.
You can use the NLA editor as well. It gives you a really nice overview of all animation in your scene. Remember to set object animations to actions, though. Also remember that when you use actions for objects layer keys wont work!
