Small Machete Game Object

Hello everyone, im working on this small machete/knife game object and i have a few questions, how can i make the model smooth with subdivisions without makeing it look all round in the first image, and how would i bake that to the low poly model?

Hello i do the high-poly model by adding loops to the edges of the blade but when i bake the ao and the normal maps it turns out terrible, what do i do?
