This is not a change that anyone reading this will notice, but basically, you can no longer create a new account and immediately reply to a job post. You have to have used the forum for a bit and demonstrated a minimal level of engagement before you can reply to a job post.
Again, if you’re reading this, this doesn’t apply to you because you’re already past the new user threshold, but if you’re a job poster, this will probably help reduce low quality applications
