Smoke+Fire in Blender Game Engine

Can we use Smoke+Fire simulation in BGE ?If yes how ? Do we have to bake it If no ! any other technique ?

You can follow the particle tutorial. It is old but the basic steps are the same.

Thats nice, what about a prerendered avi, the videotexture api if i remember?
