Smoke sim, with explode modifier problems

Hello, I’m doing a project, and have been asked to make a 50s TV explode. I have done several tests on othere models that worked.
Unfortunatley the smoke in the Blender Render scene won’t show up. Any help would be appreciated.

It’s because your sim starts at frame 1497, yet the smoke sim is set to start at frame 0 and end at frame 250, so select your domain, and in the Smoke Cache set the correct range at which your sim starts and ends (based and your blend file: 1497 to 1508).
