I have been experimenting with smoke simulations for a little bit and I’m going to be using it for a still scene. This means I don’t need animation smoke, just one frame of smoke. Is there anyway to just bake one frame because it takes far to long to bake to the frame I would need. Thanks.
No :(, you could however model a shape with box modelling then run the smoke pluggin on that object.
No, because the state of the smoke in one frame depends on the state in previous one.
I’d suggest to use the normal volume rendering and model the smoke yourself…
