I’ve made a character model, and the transition between animations is very jolty. I’m noticed in other people’s games that the transition is very smooth - is Python required?
Here is the blend. file so you get what I’m talking about. It’s not much at the moment, just the character model (I’ll do the actual level later)

If you give the idle animation a blendin of 5 or 6, it smooths out much better when you come to a stop. For really precise fine tuning you’d want to use python, but for something simple like this I’d just experiment with different blendin values. You kind of have to play around a bit to find what works.
