I see that it does fast rendering and gpu physics but i don’t hear much about it

I have not tried it yet though because I have not upgraded to an RTX yet.
So far it looks like Omniverse is more like a general-purpose tool geared towards interactivity and simulation, compared to Unreal5 (specialized for games) and Blender (specialized for 3D artists).
Within the aspect of the general purpose environment, you could achieve more or less the same results in all of the Omni/Unreal/Blender/Unity the same way, that is talking mostly about procedural animations and interactive-games.
But then the more you push for cutting edge features the clearer the difference becomes. As for example Unreal5 has cutting edge visuals, Blender is the only way to create models, Omniverse probably could have a lot of addons related to other specific problems.
As for example, creating something like this simple game is cool.
However the real deal is when you have to think of other sorts of problems related to ML/Engineering/3DVisualization, then definitely you will see the point of Omniverse better. ie: Thinking about using OpenCV for visual recognition, having AI agents walking in an environment, using AI for generation, integrating visualizer with backend programming…
