Softbody with 2.43 question

I am using 2.43 rc2 and am pretty lost. the interface is new and i knew what i was doing with 2.42, but there are many new options. Does anybody know of any tutorials for it or does anybody know where a brief description of each new feature? thanks.:confused:

I think these docs are pretty good. bjornmose is the developer of the new softbody features (if I get it right).

thanks. it seems to be much better at simulating cloth now, too.
