Solidify on shell with varying radius

Hello, I am getting some weirdness on the corner of this shell using solidify. Tried complex and flat but still not right. Is there anything I can do to fix this or should I change the modeling approach?

Remove modifier, select mesh you want to solidify, hit SHIFT + D to duplicate, press S to scale and make it smaller, use edge bridge on the edges to connect both meshes at sides.
Try not to move the mouse when you do the duplicate step :sweat_smile:.
