Solved! How do I get rid of old Texture maps in the UV Editing Window dropdown list?

Somehow I have accumulated several .png files in my Dropdown list in the UV Editor and Texture Paint Windows.

I would like to get rid of the ones that don’t apply to the current scene object.

How do I do that? Thanks

Try go to File → Clean Up → Recursive Unused Data-Blocks.

Additionally you might have to use… the tip of the tool tip…

Purged one data-block with the first method. Got rid of the rest with the shift+click method.
