[SOLVED] Looking to commission a 3D model textured and rigged

Yo, I’m looking to see if I can commission a 3D model that is created to resemble Evangeline from the show Wakfu (ideally season 2). 100% fine with creative liberties as long as they are floated past me first, but would like to attempt to preserve the overall aesthetic of the show.
I would prefer it to be done by one person, just to make it simpler, but I am open to segmentation.
No hard deadline in mind.
