I mean, your works need heavy postproduction like every archviz…something like this…
and dont use DOF, because it look like a small model…
Very good images for a presentation.
However, you could improve lighting, Hangar is right, you need a nice dayligt (morning light) for your concept presentations, it has a more positive impact.

Nice work there. I think you used BI for this? Try Luxrender or some third party render- usually they give better results and are easier to set up.
