Not bad. I like it! Very confident
I just think you need some practice with hands. I know it’s cartoons but they still need a more functional form to lend your characters a more believable and personalized attribute. I’m thinking for a start (as it is free) Drawing Heads and Hands by Andrew Loomis. Sorry, I have it on my PC but no idea where I got it (years ago). You should be able to find it somewhere in pdf format on the web.
Just practice the construction methods as much as possible. Understand the form and then stylize your way from there.
