Someone trim up the copy global transform add-on that comes with Blender for me?

This is the copy global transform add-on that comes with Blender, can someone trim it up for me?
I don’t want those extra features, I don’t want to see them…visual clutter.

I didn’t have much time to work with it, just opened it into a text editor and started commenting some lines out. Sounds like I put too many # in there. :wink:

I’ll see if I can get it properly done later tonight, if no one else steps in before then.
