Something Wrong with the defalt starting screen in Blender

After finishing this tutorial of adding armatures to an arm and saving, it now the saved file is the defult screen. I don’t want it the defult screen because it has all the texture settings and names in it. is there a way to change it. I tried uninstalling and installing it but that didn’t work. the problem goes for all versions of blender [!]

search you comp for a file called .b.blend and delete it.

thanks man. i always deleted that in my windows folder because i didn’t know why it was there. but this time i didn’t because i forgot.

this file holds your default scene information.
