This was my first attempt at the creation of an actual scene.
Tell me what you think. I personally like my knight the best. What could I do to make the bishop and rook more original?
Really cool, maybe try getting the Chess Board texture working for the sides and turn down the reflection a bit 
Awsome work, great design, map the checker pattern to cube or just hav it on top, and make the sides smooth not bumpy
