What are those material settings xorm!
Well, I didn’t save the .blend, unfortunately, but it was pretty simple.
I used Ambient Occlusion, for one thing. It didn’t look nearly as good w/o.
On the waves, Alpha was around 10% or so. Ray transparency was enabled, Limit was 0, falloff was default, Fresnel was 1.04. I used Toon shading, I think the values for that were near default. The base color was SkyBlue or something similar.
