Source export? (Gmod, Counterstrike, Half Life)

I wasn’t sure what forum to post this in so I posted it under news and discussion, any mods please feel free to move it.

Does anybody know of a good tutorial, or even better, know how to make a model in blender and then export it either into the hammer editor (to make a map) or export directly as a ready to use model for Gmod?

That post was outdated.
the solutions, unless i am to be corrected, only work up to blender 2.45.

Anyone been playing around with this recently?
