please CC on it thanks
The camera movements are too erratic, and the DOF effects (or are they just normal blur?) Are just too crazy.
I looked at some of your other videos and noticed one MAIN thing. And that is camera movement, you just seem to over do movements, and nothing is as smooth as it could be.
yeah I know. I key framed the DOF to follow it always but i don’t know what happend there.
how can i make it smoother faster without inserting biliion of keyframes.
The key to making it smooth is not to add more keyframes but to add LESS. If you add only one or two key frames about 100 frames apart you should be good.
Damn Manti, beet me to it But he is completely correct. Add LESS and then let the autosmooth do the rest.
did your asteroid have a seizure? Tone down the movement alot… The asteroid looks awesome, and I actually like the dof thing that you did…
There was really no structure to the animation, rather just seemingly random camera movements
Asteroid itself looks good
as some have mentioned already: the blurry effect and ‘blur splashes’ need some tuning. be careful with blur effects.
The movement is also rather…dodgy? A meteor travelling through space has nothing to block it’s movement so the rotation should always stay the same. If you want to create a cool fast-flying meteor effect, you could animate the meteor (not TOO fast) and put the camera somewhere along the animation path of the meteor. position the camera so that the meteor flies veryyy close by, but doesn’t hit the camera. then select your camera, hold SHIFT and select the meteor, then press CTRL+T and select ‘track to constraint’. The camera will now follow the meteor.
the Depth of Field is cool, just try to keep the focus on the meteor.
Happy blending!

I have to agree with Wefyb. Watching your other animations, it becomes clear that you love the camera. The key to creating a good scene is to make everything clear, and that’s not possible with a fast-moving camera. Ease down on it, and perhaps use the Support forum: animation for some hints about camera techniques :)?
