ok first get a plane and subdivide it as many times as you want. then in the material setting change the plane fully white, then duplicate the plane and change that black and put it slightly over the white plane.
then go to the world settings and change the sky white.
now go to the node editor / the compositor and copy in these settings
you can add these more nodes by pressing ctrl A and it will bring up a menu for you to choose from the things you need

whopes i just realised you dont the white plane and you dont need to set a set apha node either
but i also realised that there was an even simpilar way.
what you do is change the world setting to black and set the plane to white and wireframe
