Is there anyone using spaceball or a 3d controller? I would love to try out my space navigator with blender. I didnt shell out 60$ for nothing… I have been trying to get the patch to work. I really dont understand how to use it. Is there a way to clean my blender build of it? I cant even build. I have tried patch -p0 -R < spaceball.txt but it doesnt seem to let me do a regular build after.
Very lost and would love to get this to work.

I think that its in the patch tracker. I am wanting to build it too… Its a difficult one though
Until Blender includes a driver without having to custom compile, I am going to use the RBC9 keyboard/mouse/joystick binding driver so I can use a Space Navigator. Search 3dConnexion forum for RBC9. I’ll post my bindings when I figure them out.
