Hopefully this will end in a cool pose. Perhaps a night scene where spawn swings a big chain with a big red carpet on his back fluttering in the wind. Dunno yet 
Looks sweet! There are a couple of tris around the chest and neck area connecting to some 5 poles. Not sure if that will affect the final pose or not but still looks good! Keep it up!

looks like you need to bring the deltoids up higher, so his shoulders are more squared off. and i assume you’re still working on the feet…
