be more specific on the game please

anything with a bunch of rigid bodies gets slow

python and complex logic can make things slow

but so can having lots (as in tens of thousands) of polygons

but I would say blender eats cpu rather more quickly than it seems it should. Especially for armature deformations.


I think that this subject has been answered to death alreaty : do a search.
Otherwise it is card-cpu-ram if you have 256 Mb RAM or more. This is just a best bet, the conditions vary and so do the results.
