Here’s a spider I modelled in Wings (sorry) and rendered in Blender. I’m posting to the wings and blender forums because both apps were used.

Pah, I think you only post in 2 forums for double amount of attention 
But it’s ok anyway.
The connection of head and body segments looks strange. But I have no idea how that looks close up on real spiders. Same for the way the legs disappear below the first segment.
The legs seem to be a little short.
