Spin Bug?

Hello all!

Trying a simple operation in Blender 2.26 on MacOS X.

  1. Delete 3 vertices of the default plane in edit mode
  2. Using <ctrl> click a profile shape in front view
  3. Switch to top view, select all vertices
  4. Spin…

And the program hangs. It does respond to <esc>, but it doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried multiple views, rotating the object, everything I can think of. Nothing will spin!

Any ideas?



Apparently you have to click in the window you want to use as the spin axis after clicking “Spin.”

I’ve never seen this specified, so perhaps it’s a new method from previous versions?
