I thought this looked alright until I saw the legs. I think yo should create new legs unless you were going for the balloon look. The rest is good but the tail needs to be thicker or are you going to do that with hair?

looks good man. i think it will look more balanced once its got some fur on it. but looks good otherwise.

The knee deformation will not look better with fur on it.

You need to learn about shape keys and IPO driven keys.

Those topics will tell you how to alter the deformation of your mesh based on the angle of bone deformation so that you can make the knee work properly.

Keep working on this- it’s a good start!
