Any one watching the stanley cup playoffs. If you are who are you cheering for and why also any general discussion about hockey this year/playoffs. By the way i am cheering for Anaheim because i am a die hard leaf fan and i could never cheer for Ottawa

Whether you are a leafs fan, or not, (and I am not - NY Islanders fan), you have to cheer for the lone Canadian team left. I’m no Sens fan either, but come on! Where is your Canadian hockey loyalty?
In any event, I do understand where you are coming from though. Friggin Sens. Anyway. As long as the Leafs don’t win it all, (and thank what ever deity you believe in for that), I really don’t care who takes home the cup.

The way I see it, Ottawa is not Canada’s team, Anaheim is anyways because they have more Canadian players, and the cup will probably be traveling around Canada longer than if Ottawa won it. Oh by the way, your teams lucky that the devils didn’t care or try that last game, or put Brodeur in, then the leafs would of been in, oh well, anyways the leafs probably would have been put out by buffalo anyways, just like the islanders. At least detroit isn’t in the finals, because than i wouldn’t even feel like watching hockey since then i would have to cheer for Ottawa, since would detroit would tie the leafs for cups(i think) and pretty much right now the only thing i can brag about is the leafs having the second most cups (not much to brag about, but it’s all i have lol). Any one else following the playoffs?

ya, i don’t care what time zone it’s in, as long as ottawa (or detroit, if they would of made it) loses, and right now it doesn’t look good for ottawa

yes, finally it’s over, and ottawa didn’t win. Now i just have to wait until the fall, so i can finally cheer for the leafs again.
