i want to start learning 3d animation and in lesser time …please help…where should i start and whom should i approach??

lesser time than what? There are 3years courses (Masters after a BA), 1year immersive courses, or self teaching via DVDs and Online courses (Blender Foundation, Blender Cookie, …) You should find tons of material out there googling character animation…

Well if you want to learn quick you should be looking for tutorials on how to do it.
You can find tutorials on you tube . Type Blender tutorials. There are easy ones an hard ones you choose.

What is it that you would like to learn about? The making of models?.. Or the animating of them? Movement, smiling, jumping, ex.
Let me know and ill look for a good tutorial for you… Or the best one any way.
How much experience do you have with the blender program?

I think there is an old saying “You can’t rush bar-b-que.”

Perhaps take more vitamins and workout so you are in top physical condition for sitting in front of a computer screen?
