Currently after swapping monitor, blender starts as a window with roughly 1280x800 resolution on my 1280x1024 monitor.
This is quite annoying, problematic, and I can’t find documentation.
Some people suggested to set it in launch properties, that is nice… but since blender starts a debug window and then starts blender… we just get a ugly stretched windows terminal… The same applies to options such as /MAX and similar.
Another guy suggested to check the help line, so after using the magic of cd … and blender -h, it is more or less identical to the wiki section on commandline options…
-W calls in fullscreen, which is not what I want. Fullscreen involves grapping the entire screen like a 3D game, and the tabbing process is thus bugged.
-w and arguments calls in a unmaximized window, is also not what I want.
I heard somebody say that on a fairly recent patch, we finally got -mwindow, which disables the CMD window, which means that it MIGHT work…
So yes: back to the question: How do I start blender maximized on Windows in 2.55?
