Hello, i just recently installed Blender.
and ever since then, when i start it up, i recive this message;
And whenever i close this window, it closes Blender completely,
anyone have any suggestions?

First of all, that window is supposed to start up. Consider it the engine that runs Blender.
I’m pretty sure the message about Python not being installed simply means mean that you have not installed the Python runtime environment. I get the same window and message when I start (and run) Blender. Blender will work fine. The window is normal, just minimize it, don’t close it.
